I just read Singularity by Sam Altman — and I can’t stop thinking about it.

It’s not loud or sensational. It’s quietly unsettling.

Not because it predicts some distant sci-fi future… but because most of what it talks about is already happening, in small ways, every day.

As someone working closely with AI, Fabric, and CoPilot projects — I feel this shift.

The way we work, learn, build… it’s all accelerating. And sometimes it feels like the tech is evolving faster than our ability to process its impact.

One line that stayed with me:

“There will be a transfer of power from traditional institutions to the people creating AI.”

    It’s already true.

Startups with five people and an LLM API are now competing with billion-dollar legacy systems.

And it’s not about tools anymore — it’s about what you build with them.

Reading this made me pause. Made me rethink how we’re designing, teaching, consulting — and what kind of world we’re unintentionally helping shape.

If you’ve read it, I’d love to know what parts stood out to you.

If you haven’t — I’ll drop the link in the comments. It’s worth your time.
