This website (instrovate.com) is owned and operated by Instrovate Technologies OPC Private Limited (India), the sole contracting and invoicing entity for all services advertised on this site.

Training and certification programs advertised on this website are delivered and invoiced by Instrovate Technologies OPC Private Limited (India). References to 'Instrovate,' 'Instrovate Technologies,' or 'we/us/our' mean this India company.

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. About Our Services

2.1 Technology Training & Consulting

Live instructor-led Microsoft, Databricks and Google Cloud certification training and technology consulting services, delivered online globally. Official Microsoft labs and achievement codes included where specified.

3. Training Services — Enrolment and Access

• Access to live online training sessions is granted upon successful payment confirmation
• Course materials and official lab access are provided as specified for each course
• Microsoft achievement codes are included where specified at the time of purchase
• Post-training WhatsApp support is provided at the trainer's discretion

4. Payment and Contracting Entity

Prices on this site’s global pages are shown in USD. Enrolment starts with an enquiry on WhatsApp or email, followed by a call. Payment details and an invoice are shared by Instrovate Technologies OPC Private Limited (India) once the client confirms. Applicable taxes, including GST for clients in India, are added as per law. There is no online payment on this site.

Group and Enterprise Training

Corporate and group training engagements may be invoiced directly. Please contact support@instrovate.com for a formal quote and contract.

5. Refund Policy — Training Services

Refunds are not applicable once course or lab access has been granted, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the commencement of training.

In cases where training is cancelled by Instrovate, a full refund or alternative batch placement will be offered at the client's discretion.

For group or corporate bookings, refund terms are governed by the applicable purchase order or written agreement.

• Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal or contact information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not misuse our services for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and branding are protected by intellectual property rights of the respective rights holders (including Microsoft and Databricks for official courseware). Users may not reproduce, distribute or resell these materials without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

For training and technology services, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or regulatory violations.
