Course Overview
The AB-731 certification is designed for business leaders, executives, managers, and consultants who are responsible for guiding AI transformation and innovation across their organisation. Where AB-730 focuses on using Copilot personally, AB-731 focuses on leading AI initiatives at scale — evaluating AI strategy, identifying business value, planning adoption programmes, managing change, and governing AI responsibly. This 1-day instructor-led course covers AI strategy development, business case building, operating model design, ethics and governance frameworks, and how to work effectively with technical teams to implement Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure AI solutions. No coding required.
