Course Overview
AB-620 validates your ability to design, build, and manage AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. This 3-day instructor-led course takes you from agent fundamentals through to enterprise-grade multi-agent solutions — covering agent instructions, tools, knowledge sources, connectors and API integrations, testing and evaluation, and governance. You will build working agents in hands-on labs, connect them to enterprise data and systems, and learn how to deploy them responsibly across Microsoft 365 and line-of-business channels. It is the natural next step after AB-900 or AB-730 for professionals who want to build — not just use — AI agents.
